How to use:

1. Download the FOREO For You app and sync it with your device.
2. Apply FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Firming Body Serum evenly to the areas you wish to treat, leaving a thin layer on the skin's surface.
3. Press the universal button to turn on the device. Adjust the intensity of the microcurrent with a short press of the button; each press increases the level by one unit. To access higher intensity levels (6-10), use the app.
4. Press the four metal spheres onto your skin with medium pressure and slowly glide the device upwards over your legs, buttocks, stomach and arms, as desired—up to 5 minutes per area. Guided video treatments for specific problem areas can be found in the FOREO app.

Notes:

• Shave excess hair on the treated area to avoid possible burning.
• Use the device exclusively with conductive serum. For optimal results, we recommend FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Firming Body Serum, developed specifically for use with FOREO microcurrent body devices.
• Leave a thin layer of serum on the skin so that the device glides smoothly. If you are treating multiple areas in one session, apply the serum to each area immediately before using the device.
• Ensure that all four microcurrent spheres touch the skin during treatment.

Cleaning the device:

Clean the BEAR™ 2 Body thoroughly after each use. Wash the metal spheres and silicone surface with soap and water, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth or towel.
